Slow Cooker
The slow cooker is one of my favorite kitchen tools.
It's so nice to be able to cook dishes while you're at work and come home to a delicious smelling house and meal. One of my most popular being my slow cooker Mexican shredded chicken.
Another reason I love slow cookers is because of their low and slow cooking, it breaks down and tenderizes meats so well. My slow cooker beef short ribs and short rib ragu are perfect examples of this.
