It’s no secret I love cooking with cast iron.
Cast iron is so versatile and some things I love most about it is: you can transfer from stovetop to oven, you can use it on your grill, it gives an amazing sear on food, and it lasts forever!
I love baking in my cast iron too, my no-knead cast iron focaccia being my favorite.
