    Salad

Salads get a bad rep, these salads are anything but boring!

I love making my own homemade salad dressing, it always beats store-bought and can elevate the flavor in your salad.

All of these salads are packed full of flavor, but my two most made are my roasted beet salad with crispy goat cheese and my shaved brussels sprout salad!
