Low Carb

Low carb is usually a daily limit of 20 to 57 grams of carbohydrates. Foods high in carbohydrates are replaced with foods containing a higher fat and protein, as well as low carbohydrate foods.

Some of my favorite low carb foods are stuffed peppers: Southwestern stuffed poblano peppers, hot Italian sausage stuffed peppers, and cheesesteak stuffed peppers.
